The Focus
ELEVATE is for owners looking to share, learn and level-up. Often the most sage advice and helpful ideas come from other owners. The goal of ELEVATE is to provide space where owners can explore new ideas and collaborate. Over the 2 days you will hear the experience and expertise from owners who face the same hurdles as you. You will also have focused time to workshop a variety ideas with other owners.
During the workshop time we will facilitate discussions around operations and explore ways to create efficiencies, expand your agency and advance your vision.
By the end of the conference we hope you go away with a better understanding of areas of growth, a plan for creating the agency you want and some new connections in this industry.

Lodging is not included in the the registration price. There are a limited number of rooms reserved at Loews Portofino Bay at $325/night +tax.
Registration with room reservation by January 3, 2025 - $500 EARLY BIRD

If you are sharing a room with another owner registration is $600 per person.

The Organizer
Jolene Stevens is the founder of Practically Magic and the former owner of goMagic, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner agency. She also hosts the Travel Advisor Collaborative, a group that facilitates speakers and owners discussions.
Supporting women in business and other owners is a passion of hers and a continued goal in supporting the travel industry.
Jolene has a background in Marketing, Sales and Event Operations and is thrilled to be organizing this workshop/conference.
