It's important that you feel comfortable sharing your experiences, knowledge and practices with the other attendees during this conference. This event is about collaboration and sharing knowledge and ideas.  The expectation is that everyone will participate in the discussion and brainstorming regardless of your years or level of experience. Great ideas can come from experience and/or new eyes questioning the status quo.
